Elizabeth ensures that we as a firm have all the relevant and up to date processes and policies in place to adhere to the ever changing financial regulatory environment that we work within.
Elizabeth has over 18 years’ experience in the compliance sector working in both large corporate environments and boutique advisory firms and is a qualified Compliance and Financial Crime Risk Practitioner.
When away from the desk, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and son in their camper van taking trips which involve either surfing or snowboarding! She does also enjoy a spa and a glass of vino.

Glenn is a Partner and one of our leading finance specialists, bringing over ten years of industry experience and years of experience within the firm. He supports hundreds of self-build projects each year, helping clients secure the funding they need to turn their plans into reality.
Passionate about helping people achieve the dream of building their own home, Glenn is committed to delivering outstanding client service and ensuring his clients are fully informed and confident throughout the self-build journey.
Glenn is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Society of Mortgage Professionals.
Outside of work, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Kyrie has 15 years’ experience as a mortgage administrator and has worked in various mortgage areas, including secured loans, residential, BTLs, and new build.
She has been shortlisted numerous times nationally for the “Best Mortgage Administrator” award.

With over 20 years of experience, Lee has become a trusted advisor to thousands of families, helping them navigate the ever-changing lending landscape. Lee is an expert in securing the perfect loan for each unique situation and goes above and beyond for all of his clients. Outside of the office, Lee’s a committed family man and keen cyclist.

Rebecca oversees the quality of advice Mayflower gives to clients. The area of lending we work in is complex and we need to ensure are clients are getting the best advice in the market. Rebecca is our check and measure outside of our client facing team to ensure this happens for everybody we work with.
After a successful career working in the retail lending network for over 15 years, Rebecca now specialises in mortgage and insurance compliance management.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys running especially ones involving mud and hurdles! Rebecca has also completed the London Marathon supported and admired in awe by her two children and husband. She also enjoys a spa and a glass of vino!

Marc is one of our Self Build Finance Experts, with 11 years’ industry experience he helps fund hundreds of projects a year.
Marc’s always looking to improve his knowledge and over the years has gained a wide range of financial qualifications including CeMAP, CeRER and a BA. Marc combines his financial knowledge with experience of the construction process to guide clients on a seamless journey through their projects.
In his spare time Marc loves to travel with his wife and dog and holds the title of office globe trotter.

Nicky is the friendly face you'll see when you walk into our office or call Mayflower. She has a wealth of experience in customer service. She's always happy to help visitors find their way around, answer questions on questions on the phone, and make everybody has a positive experience.
Nicky is also a great asset to the team. She's always willing to go the extra mile and is always looking for ways to improve the way we do things. She's a team player and is always willing to help out her colleagues.
In her spare time, Nicky enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and traveling. She's also an avid volunteer and is always looking for ways to give back to her community.

Known for burning the midnight oil, Michelle goes the extra mile for clients to ensure they receive a 5 star service from start to finish.
When away from the office Michelle loves the gym and spending time with her husband Graham and their 4 children.

Bryan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is a Chartered Construction Manager MCIOB. He has a range of experience in construction over the last decade. Bryan leads Mayflower’s in-house costing team. Bryan has a keen eye for technical drawings, procurement, and cost planning.

With over 10 years of experience in customer relationship management within the financial services sector, including at large banks, Lisa has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams focused on exceeding client expectations.
Lisa’s great strength is keeping our clients at the heart of everything we do and providing personalised and efficient support throughout the mortgage journey. In her spare time, Lisa loves spending time with her four dogs and fixing old Land Rovers!

Oli is a Client Services Associate at RUS, bringing nearly a decade of experience from his previous career as an underwriter. His strong technical background and attention to detail enable him to support clients with confidence and clarity. Outside of work, Oli lives with his partner and their two young children. A proud Leeds fan, he closely follows both Leeds United FC and Leeds Rhinos.

Adam brings over 10 years of experience in financial services, combining strong industry knowledge with genuine real-world property experience. What sets Adam apart is that he has personally undertaken a self-build project, giving him first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities clients face when building their own home. He is currently living on-site as his project continues, providing a unique, lived understanding of the process from start to finish.
Adam is passionate about helping clients navigate complex cases, particularly in areas such as self-build and Development lending. He prides himself on being approachable, practical, and solutions-focused, ensuring every client feels supported and informed throughout their journey.
Outside of work, Adam’s hands-on approach continues with his build project, reflecting his dedication, resilience, and attention to detail: qualities he brings into every client relationship.
