Problems:
The client approached us as they were having difficulty finding a lender who was happy to fund the project, they were looking to split the renovations into phases and convert the farmhouse and one outbuilding, and then once complete look at the other out-builidings.
Solution
We used our strategic relationship with the lenders to take a common sense approach and lend on the first phase given the substantial uplift.
The client loan was approved and they are completing their project as we speak.
